Journey to the Savage Planet is a wonderful, budget-friendly title that just might hold you over until Metroid Prime 4 arrives...if Metroid Prime 4 arrives is just under 12 hours or so. Watch the rest of the Game's Over Video Game Reviews here at this YouTube playlist.

Rage 2 could have been such a recommendable game. I played for 26 hours and had lots of fun for that entire time...until, a game-breaking bug prevented the final mission from loading. Again, the game is super fun, and I think you should play it, but only do so if buying a used copy or borrowing from a friend. Don't buy a new copy. It's hard to support a publisher like Bethesda when they sell games that literally cannot be completed. Watch the rest of the Game's Over Video Game Reviews here at this YouTube playlist.

Contrast, from Compulsion Games (of We Happy Few) is a wonderful proof-of-capabilities for studio. It's no wonder Microsoft purchased them. I'm excited to see what comes of Compulsion in the future. Watch the rest of the Game's Over Video Game Reviews here at this YouTube playlist.

Another game. Another as-the-credts-role review, as part of my Game’s Over review series. This is the first sequel to a game whose previous game also got the Game’s Over treatment (see the Dishonored review here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uuXMLZsy3nQ). Not surprisingly, it’s more Dishonored meaning it’s more opportunity to force me to question my gamer identity. White Knight? Not so much.

Gris is a game I've been wanting to play for a while. I held off, because it felt like a game that was inevitably going to be released in a physical format (I like stuff on shelves). The game was worth the wait. Gris is beautiful to look at, only mildly frustrating to play at times, and only about 3 hours long. I played the Special Revserve version on the Nintendo Switch.
